We will do our best to ensure that www.whitemischiefbridal.com is available at all times although this is not guaranteed.  Certain periods will be required to make essential updates and to carry out general maintainence work.  We will endeavour to keep this to a minimum

Payment :
Orders can be placed on line or by telephone or post. Full payment is required when placing an order. Please make cheque payable to: White Mischief Bridal. We accepting the following debit and credit cards:

Tax Charges
All orders are inclusive of 17.5% VAT. For tax-exempt territories, please send an email to sales@whitemischiefbridal.co.uk after receiving your order confirmation and you will be reimbursed this cost.

Secure Payment:
Items purchased by credit or debit card are placed via our secure server.

Account information:
we store your address information along with user names and passwords, but not sensitive credit card data.  It is your responsibility to protect your username and password.

Sale items are non returnable.

Discounted Sample/stock gowns sold online and sale lingerie is non returnable.
